WHAT DO I WEAR TO A POLE CLASS?

e recommend a tank top or sports bra and shorts as you want to have your skin visible to grip the pole.  If you are uncomfortable in shorts you may opt for loose fitting yoga pants or capris so that you can roll them up when it comes to the more difficult tricks that require skin contact! Please wear clothing you feel comfortable working out in.
You may go barefoot or wear platform dance shoes or ballet slippers in the studio for pole dance classes.
For Poga classes, we are barefoot.  For Twerk Out Classes, we wear sneakers.

WHAT SHOULD I NOT WEAR TO POLE DANCING LESSONS?

Do NOT wear any oil or lotion. Avoid wearing lotion on your legs, hands, stomach, etc., as you will not be able to stick to the pole or grip the pole during spins, suspension holds and poses. It is VERY important that you do not apply moisturiser, lotion, fake tan, or oil to your skin on the day of the class. They can transfer to the pole, and make it dangerous for you, and anyone else using the same pole.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
